As I finished the last chapter by saying, the way to create an Alternative to the existing, inherently exploitative, unjust, inhumane and unsustainable socioeconomic order, is to proceed peacefully and grassroots-democratically, which, of course, does not come spontaneously or easily to the human animal, who is much more inclined to allow himself to be organised by someone in power and authority, and claiming to be a suitable leader and representative of society at large, which, unfortunately but inevitably in the existing socioeconomic order, they never are. Which is why we must organise our alternative society(s) grassroots-democratically, electing representatives when we need to, and we will, of course, whom we are confident we can trust, not because they assure us we can (politicians all do - have to do - that), but because we know them well enough to be able to really judge for ourselves.
